**Terms and conditions for canceling and changing the date of a Beauty House**

1. **Cancellation of visit**

- The client is obliged to report the desire to cancel the scheduled visit at least 24 hours before the planned date. Otherwise, they will be charged the full amount of the service value, and the invoice will be automatically sent to the provided email address.

2. **Changing the date of the visit**

- The change of the appointment date must be reported at least 24 hours before the planned meeting. In the event of a change of date in a period of less than 24 hours, the client will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service. In such a case, the invoice will be automatically sent to the provided email address.

3. **No-show**

- If the client does not show up for the visit without prior notice, they will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service. The invoice for no-show will be automatically sent to the provided email address.

4. **Exceptions to the cancellation policy**
- In cases of emergency, such as sudden illness or accident, please inform the salon as soon as possible. In such situations, the decision to charge for the visit will be made individually, depending on the situation and agreements with the client.

5. **Reporting a cancellation or change of date**
- Cancellation of a visit or change of date can only be made by contacting the salon by phone or e-mail. In the case of e-mail contact, please provide full details of the visit (name and surname, date and time of the visit) in order to efficiently process the request.

6. **Credit card rules**
- In the case of reservations requiring prepayment or providing credit card details, if the visit is not carried out in accordance with the above cancellation rules, the amount will be charged to the indicated card.

7. **Change of salon opening hours**
- In the event of exceptional circumstances (e.g. force majeure, change of salon opening hours), the salon reserves the right to contact the client to propose a change of the visit date. The client will be able to choose another date without additional charges, provided the change is made in accordance with the rules for notification of a change of date.

8. **Late arrival**
- Please be punctual. In the event of late arrival, the salon reserves the right to shorten the time of the service or refuse to perform it, depending on availability. Lateness over 15 minutes will be treated as a lack of attendance and will be subject to the "no-show" rule.

Any change to the above rules will be communicated to clients in due time.
